When will i receive my order?

Your order should be with you 2-3 days after ordering.

How much gift wrap should i get?

It all depends on the gift/s. For a book or a phone, A2 will be perfect. A1 is double the size of A2 & 1 Metre should be enough to cover the larger presents. For gifts that fall into the gigantic persuasion, you'll be needing 2 Metres +.

Do i need to edit my picture before uploading?

Nope! We'll edit your photo & create your design, just use the upload button & we'll do the rest!

can i order a custom design?

Yes you can! Use our 'bring it to life' feature to get a completely unique design, made by us! (found in the menu: extras > bring it to life)

What if something is wrong with my order when it arrives?

If your order isn't right for any reason, use our 'contact us' page & we'll reprint, resend, redesign or refund! (found in the menu: extras > contact us)
